Out in San Francisco this week editing an upcoming CD from the West Point Band at Reference Recordings with producers Marina and Victor Ledin, of Encore Consultants.I love time in the studio. Whether it's my own music or somebody else's - editing/mixing/whatever - it's such a great workout for the ears! It's also a great exercise in balancing time management with creating music. And great to work with different producers and learn about what they do, and to try to match their approach when working on projects. Very rewarding. Looking forward to hearing the finished product.
